The Long-Term Performance Plan

One-on-one training built around consistency,

recovery, and sustainable results.

This is NOT short-term personal training.
It’s a structured program for people who want to feel stronger, move better, and perform well without burning themselves into the ground.

If you’re looking for random workouts, quick fixes, or a “train hard then live however” approach, this is not the right fit.

Most clients are busy professionals, creatives, or endurance-minded individuals who want training that actually fits real life.

Who This Is For:

This program is designed for people:

  • Want to train consistently, not sporadically

  • Understand that recovery, habits, and lifestyle matter

  • Are ready to commit to a structured process

  • Care about long-term health as much as short-term results

How the Program Works

The Long-Term Performance Program is built around structure, intention, and realistic integration into daily life.

Training is delivered through one-on-one sessions focused on:

  • Strength, resilience, and long-term performance

  • Movement quality and injury prevention

  • Progression that supports sustainability, not burnout

Sessions are programmed thoughtfully and adjusted based on recovery, lifestyle demands, and overall capacity, not just intensity for intensity’s sake.

Individualized Approach:

While the program follows a clear structure, training is individualized based on your baseline, needs, and current capacity.

At the start of the program, I consider:

  • Your training history and experience level

  • Current lifestyle demands and recovery capacity

  • Injury history and movement limitations

  • What you realistically need, as opposed to what looks good on paper

Programming is built around what you optimally need to progress safely and sustainably.
Some clients require more emphasis on recovery and foundational strength, while others may tolerate higher volume or intensity. The goal is not to push everyone the same way. It's to apply the right stress at the right time so training actually works long term.

Program Commitment & Terms

To ensure consistency and meaningful progress, the following terms apply:

At the start of the program, I consider:

  • A minimum two month commitment is required.

  • Clients train at least two sessions per week.

  • Sessions are one hour in length.

  • Clients commit to a minimum of 16 sessions over a two month period.

  • Training may be delivered virtually or in-person, depending on availability and fit.

This structure exists to support momentum, accountability, and results.
Sporadic or drop-in training is not offered.

Scheduling & Consistency

Training sessions are scheduled in advance and treated as standing commitments.

While flexibility is built into real life, repeated cancellations or inconsistent attendance undermine progress and are not aligned with the intent of the program.

This is not about perfection. It's about showing up consistently enough for training to work.

Training Investment & Payment Options:

While the program follows a clear structure, training is individualized based on your baseline, needs, and current capacity.

At the start of the program, the following applies:

  • Virtual training: $100 per session (one hour)

  • In-person training: $145 per session (West LA only)

  • A minimum of two sessions per week is required

Prepayment (Optional):

  • Clients may prepay 16 virtual sessions and receive one bonus session

  • Bonus sessions apply to virtual training only.

Prepayment is optional and offered to support consistency and commitment, not to reduce the required training frequency.

Lifestyle & Nutrition Support:

Training does not exist in isolation.

As part of the program, clients receive foundational nutrition and lfestyle guidance, including:

  • Habit-level nutrition support

  • Recovery and sleep considerations

  • Practical strategies that support training outcomes

This guidance is educational and lifestyle-based. It does not include medical nutrition therapy, individualized meal plans, or clinical nutrition prescriptions.

Optional Registered Dietician Collaboration:

For clients who want more in-depth nutrition support, I collaborate with a registered dietitian for individualized nutrition consulting. This is a professional I personally work with and trust as part of my own training and performance support.

Important to note:

  • Registered Dietician consulting is optional.

  • Services are separate from training.

  • Any billing or agreements are directly between you and the RD.

  • I do not manage, bundle, or bill for dietician services.

If you are ONLY interested in working with a Registered Dietician, I am happy to make a referral without you enrolling in training.

Application & Acceptance:

This is an application based program.

Applications are reviewed to ensure alignment with the program structure, expectations, and level of commitment required.

Not all applicants are accepted.

FINAL NOTE:

This program is for individuals who understand that long-term performance is built through:

  • Consistency over time

  • Respect for recovery

  • Alignment betweeen training and lifestyle

If that approach reasonates, you are encouraged to apply.

Some people who start as customers later choose to build with me.

But feeling better always comes first.
